Miami vacation for Adam Lambert was not as relaxing as he wanted it to be. A photographer accused him of battery and the incident reportedly took place when he was taking a stroll down the beach. The complaint was filed on Thursday. According to the reports the photographer was standing about 20 feet away from the singer when the latter charged the former in an aggressive manner and threw him on the ground.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the report and the photographs of the incident and this raises a few questions. The photographer was in no way physically injured when he filed the report. And he went on to add that his camera was on the backpack when the incident took place. However the photographs tell a different story. They do show Lambert on the photographer’s back but Lambert does not appear to be hitting him. And the snaps show the photographer’s camera was in his hand.
Lambert was quick to twit on the incident. He said that the photographers are real good at provoking any celebrity but there are no videos and pictures. He also apologized for his weird hat and added that the hat was an attempt to disguise him in the crowd. About the charges of battery he wrote that he did attempt to grab the camera but no punches were exchanged whatsoever.
