I think GaGa will have surgery at some point in the future. I have no problem with it, if you're not happy with something then you should change it.

I don't mean this EXACT look. I mean glam and pretty, but with a quirky touch (the hairbow in this case) instead of grotesque.

This next era I want glam, regal, striking, elegant, but still a little kooky, like the McQueen dress at the VMAs (ie, not like the Meat Dress).

Gaga is not going to have surgery. The very core of her authentic self is about self acceptance and embracing all aspects of "you".... I can't see her having surgery to change her appearance to make her more "acceptable" or "mainstream". That goes against everything she stands for...

I don't want that look back. I like her look right now.

I'm not saying she's going to have surgery because she's unhappy with her appearance, but I think she will have it at some point because she's always changing. It's not a big deal, loads of other celebrities have had surgery including some of the people she looks up to. Having plastic surgery has nothing to do with a lack of self-acceptance except for extreme cases.
