To me it looks like she tells herself: "I'm doing
less drugs now than before, this is the best thing I can do, they will understand". Which automatically, at least for me, means she NEEDS to be forced to stay in rehab for at least half an year.
As for her parents... Come on! :-/ She's not child or a teenage anymore. And it's not like she depends on her mother or father to support herself. Bad parents can only take you somewhere down the road. There certainly was a moment, probably around the first time she got busted, she had to think for herself and admit she needs help. She never did, from the way she acts it's obvious she believes it's a punishment because she's breaking the law - when she's actually breaking her own life.
