I love Secrets, and I really really DO want to give it a day at #1 lol, but Animal is such a great song that its hard to give it up for another song to take #1, even for a day. We'll see what happens on today's countdown.

And Taylor's moving down because her performance at the VMA's really pissed me off the other day just cuz I felt like it was so contrieved and fake, which is starting to taint my perception and any love I have for Mine.

ANNOUCEMENT:
Retirement for a video has been officially set at anywhere from 55 to 75 days, depending on the current relevancy of the song, how well it has been doing on the countdown, and how long it has taken for it to reach retirement. Retirements can only happen on Mondays or Thursdays, and will be announced at least a week in advance.

As for recurrency, if a video has fallen off my countdown and has not been on it for a full month, it is no longer eligible to be on. There will, of course, be special exceptions. I will post a list of songs eligible/worthy of being on my countdown soon.
