Drake revealed to Mixtape Daily that he is aiming to drop the “It’s Never Enough” mixtape around Christmas, as well as the first track on the mixtape, “I Get Lonely Too”. He also states that all previous leaks were just reference demos for other artists, like Jamie Foxx & Rita Ora, & that none of those tracks will be for the mixtape, as it will feature all new music. As for his upcoming album, he’s aiming to have a good balance of R&B tracks like how So Far Gone did.
Mixtapes are either distributed independently or on very small indie labels. Often use other rappers' beats, often are free.
EPs are basically standard albums, except about 30 minutes or less.
