Katy Perry has said that she loves Selena Gomez, describing her as a "Diva".

Speaking to E! the 'Teenage Dream' star was full of praise for her young friend who she only recently met.

"I finally just met her kinda for the first official time," Said Perry.
The pair have worked together without meeting however, with Perry making a guest appearance on Selena's new album 'A Year Without Rain'.
Continuing, Perry added: "I love her! I think she's a different kind of that generation star, I think she's been turning herself into a diva - in a great way!"
