The movie is only 10 years old (time goes by fast) and the sequel came out like 3 years ago

It's great I guess.
But I'm afraid this is not gonna be that successful. Spiderman was already milked.

She has said that she'll keep her last name (Duff) for work
so she won't do the same as Ashlee (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz)

I have no idea what's the point on remaking it, but it's a great opportunity for Hilary

It depends on how good the movie is, but anyway it's an almost guaranteed box office hit
