Change our form of government from republic to parliamentary. Our constitution, laws and the whole government system need to be amended. It doesn't conform with the contingencies of the modern times.

Raising the minimum wage, while sounding nice, actually causes lost productivity and increases the likelyhood for job outsourcing to other countries where the minimum wage is lower. Companies can pass along the cost of increasing the minimum wage to the consumers, hampering the development of the economy.
