I was just wondering how many of you stans hate sharing your idols with your friends? Satellites, would you hate it if your best friend suddenly became a Bey stan, downloading all her songs and music? And you 1NOnly21, imagine if your friends became Ciara stans.

I don't see how it could possibly be a bad thing. It gives you more to talk about with your friends and someone you love to go to their concerts with.

Most of my friends hate the music I listen to and that bothers me, having your fave insulted all the time is way worse than sharing love of an artist.

Bea is totally right. I would love to have a friend who loves Hilary and Demi as much as I do, although I have some, most of my classmates dislike both of them, and they insult them like crazy. I want to beat them to death with their words, but I guess I shouldn't. I always insult their favorites anyway. Don't ask who, I don't want a fight here.

I like a lot of music that is not mainstream, and all my friends think of me as the music guy, who always finds the new good music first. For example, I bought Bulletproof over a year ago, and now everyone is catching on. Same with Florence and the Machine.

However, most of my friends are not as in to music as I am. So I doubt they would ever become as into music as I am.

We introduce each other to different bands/artists and that way, it's more fun listening to them together. lol.
