I know what you mean. A lot of her songs revolve mostly around the chorus, but that really is how everything works now-a-days.
I never really noticed those things tbh. Next time I listen to those songs I'll look for it.

At first I only liked the singles and Firework, but everything really grew on me.
I really love both albums. A lot. I think that she has improved this era, but there were some things (like the stellar midtempos and ballads) that were lost on this album but she has gained some amazing range and vocal prowess and dance tracks. Plus, whenever I wanna listen to the "old" Katy...I still have OOTB!!!
I am afraid that PEACOCK won't become a single because its overuse of the word ****, might upset A LOT of parents, like Britney's IF U SEEK AMY!!! But if is doesn't become a single, I really hope that LAST FRIDAY NIGHT (T.G.I.F.) does become a future single instead, I'll still be happy either way!!
Did anyone else realize on the album version of "California Gurls" they took out Snoops line "I wish you all could be California Girls"? I'm guessing that was they're way of making sure they wouldn't get sued.

I've grown to love the first 11 tracks. I still can't seem to get into Not Like the Movies Oh well. And I agree Patrick, LFN would have been a killer first single for Ke$ha in the future. The sax solo also gives me life. It gives me a "Saturday Night Live" feel.. lol

I'm the same way. I remember when Lily Allen's album came out last year. I was so obsessed with it. I only listened to it for 2 months straight. It was crazy! Probably gonna happen with this album as well. I can't stop playing it.
