As long as there's Gaga, yup i said gaga, Led Zeppelin, Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Beyonce, Whitney Houston, MJ, Elvis, Ray, Hendrix, The Who, Sting, Madonna (Obviously she'll be in there), The Beatles, Marvin Gaye, Bob Dylan, and Bowie. Than im okay. And i think if Rihanna's time faded out, than she would deserve to be up there. but right now, she has more billboard records to break =]

Queen, The Who, David Bowie, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Prince
U2, Pink Floyd and Nirvana do not deserve to be there.

Pink Floyd belongs in the top 5 imo. Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall. Comon man.

I told you she wouldn't be Top 10, they tend to do women wrong. I mean The Beach Boys really?

On Sept. 6 VH1 will begin airing what's bound to become another addictive countdown special: VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. The list was determined by hundreds of musicians and music experts, many of whom appear on the show.
CAPTION
VH1
A few folks you'll see include Ozzy Osbourne, Ray Davies, Wayne Coyne, Regina Spektor (pictured), Rob Halford, Whitney Houston, Sheryl Crow and ... yours truly. (I recall wearing a rather bizarre shirt for this interview, so please don't judge.)
Below is an exclusive peek at the top 20. Nos. 6-20 are in ranked order, but the top five are alphabetical. Place your bets on the No. 1 choice:
20. Marvin Gaye definitely deserves it amazing artist wish he was still alive
19. U2
18. Pink Floyd
17. Queen
16. Madonna
15. The Beach Boys
14. Nirvana wow amazing that they made this list this was a band that released "Smells Like Teen Spirit when I was like 4 or 5 years old....SWEEEET"
13. The Who
12. David Bowie
11. Bob Marley
10. Stevie Wonder
9. James Brown well deserving
8. Elvis Presley
7. Prince very deserving probably deserved a shot at the top 5 though...
6. Jimi Hendrix
The top five (in alphabetical order):
The Beatles love them hopefully they are #2 though
Bob Dylan
Michael Jackson the greatest entertainer who ever lived better be #1 or else!
Led Zeppelin
Rolling Stones
VH1's five-hour 100 Greatest Artists of All Time kicks off with a two-hour premiere on Sept. 6.

I'd say switch Zep with Dylan and you have it. And Sats, not TEW much on The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds is better than anything 95% of anyone's fav here could ever do. TRUTH. Like young Elijah said, Pink Floyd should be the ones kicking it to the left, to the left.
And damn - how they gonna do Aretha like that? U2's better? REALLY? Nirvana has more cultural significance? HUH?

Out of the younger generation, I can see Britney, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Pink making the list.
With Christina getting placed higher than the rest of them, she is the only one who made Rolling Stone's 50 Greatest Voices list, and as someone said before Christina has made it onto alot of VH1 lists in the past.
Just my opinion, but really all I care about is Celine Dion and how high she will make it haha.

Xtina isn't considered a good artist by any professional. P!nk is too much of an underdog.
Britney is..............LOL, this one is tricky
And I can't believe how overrated Nirvana is . I'd LOVE to see blondie
