. The clueless father, the incredibly annoying flamboyant gay son, even the telephone call. I did like it when he hung up the phone and slammed it on the table before he even had a chance to say why he was hanging up.
The original commercial is dumb, too. How does that have anything to do with McDonald's? I swear, commercials are getting dumber and dumber each day. I mean, "Come as you are," is clever. I get what it means, but really, isn't is kind of illegal to refuse someone service based off of race, gender, or sexual orientation? Or is that not a law in France? It also kind of makes McDonald's sound like a place for homosexuals to come hang out. Like it's a gay bar or something, but it's only a fast food restaurant... It just makes no sense.
