E-Label has accused the singer of stealing their leggings design after finding a pair in the lesser known label section of Topshop in London.
The design in question is a pair of studded leggings Beyonce wore in the new Dereon campaign, which looks awfully similar to Icelandic company's Heavy Metal Leggings.
E-Label admits they never copyrighted the design, but "the wide media coverage of Bey getting her leggings at Topshop last year is evidence enough if they want to eventually file a lawsuit".

I didn't, I made the thread because I thought it was interesting and decided to post it as it's the kind of thing that gets posted in this section a lot. I'm not scared of Beyoncé stans and I'm not doing anything wrong.

I don't even know what forever21 is. The fashion industry is notorious for using eachothers ideas and designs, imitation is what keeps it going really. I'm not flamebaiting at all, I am a Beyoncé fan I just thought this was something interesting.

They won't be filing **** because they have no case, if you knew anything about law you would know that.

They didn't copyright it, not Bey's fault. If these lessor unknown companies want to be taken seriously. They need to lock their **** up. Oh well, nothing personal, that's just business.

Amanda, this whole industry isn't new or innovated. Everything was done at least once. And with the dress, people have wore same dresses before. And bad example. There's decade difference between the two. Your attempted shade, by saying Bey is a "supreme copycat master" is a failure because this whole industry is doing something that has been done before.
