On August 25th Taeyang will release his new album titled "International" after his Korean album "Solar" managed to go to #3 on the US iTunes R&B charts and #1 and Canadian iTunes R&B charts. It's not really an official crossover attempt, but rather an international re-release with a few English tracks.
Here's the English version of his latest Korean single, "I'll Be There".
The album will also feature an English version of "Wedding Dress" and a brand-new English song called "Connection" which you preview here here.
My personal opinion: I would probably like the song better in English if only I could understand what he's saying. His pronunciation is terrible. He's going to need to improve his English if and when he actually does try to cross into the WW market. I'll probably still buy this anyway because I love his music.
