TIO hasn't stalled. It's increased, but slower than expected after the video and TV performance. So far, it hasn't increased fast enough to enter the Top 10 b/c new songs keep pushing it out.
It should enter the top 10 soon, however a new song like the Usher/Jay-Z one could push it back out.
I also think Katy's massive songs are taking attention away from it, since IMO they appeal to a very similar demographic.
The more I think about it, the more I'm expecting Hot Tottie to make the top ten. A Katy album track such as Firework, LFN or Peacock could also make a surprise visit to the top ten.

I'm almost certain both a Katy track (remember Blah Blah Blah) and Hot Tottie will make the top 10.
I don't really enjoy this track too much and think it's a bit cheesy, but Bruno deserves it. His vocals are amazing, especially towards the end of the song.

Dr. Luke annoys me now. It seems like every popstar out there is working with Dr Luke, ranging from newbies like Ke$ha to legends like Britney Spears. That's why there songs all sound the same, generic crap. Rihanna and Lady Gaga seem to be the only really big stars not using Luke for popularity.
It jumped over LTWYL. And it will probably be going Top 3 soon.
nice song... kinda underrated though... but gaining millions of fans... amazing vocals... hope next single will be rnb... i have to agree the song has a cheesy appeal to it... well its a love song... lol
