Perhaps you could try small & compact exercises before school? Because there's always time to exercise. It's more-so having the discipline to workout when you would rather sit on the couch or maybe sit by the computer. It takes time, discipline & persistence. But IMO it's ALL worth it in the end. Persistence is what I lack so much. I work out every morning before (back in my 1st year in college), but then I am not focused to continue. (Because I always get up late, or my alarm won't ring, such reasons)
Now I have to try and do it again, thanks for motivating me. I hope this time I can be focused.
