No. TRL was rigged! Lady GaGa would probably be #1 every week, then trading with Katy and Ke$ha in the Top 3. I could also see Love The Way You Lie being #1 and then trading off sometimes.

Yeah, it definitely was. A lot of episodes in the later years were pre-taped back-to-back, so there was no opportunity to vote because an episode was being filmed just as people were watching the last one.
