If the US had regional/state charts I'm sure WLTO would've had a very high placement on a New York chart. Charts for huge countries like Canada and the US can't reflect regional hits. This happens a lot in Canada where European songs smash in central Canada (Alors on danse, Stereo Love, We No Speak Americano, Infinity 2008, Cry For You, Now You're Gone etc) but don't go very high on the overall sales chart.
