I need him to join B.o.B, Drake and Kid Cudi in commercial success. He needs at least a top 10 Hot 100 hit. I don't know if he can do it with this. He's too hardcore compared to the other newbies.

I don't think J. Cole wants "hype." I think he and his label want a quality record first and let it go from there.

TBH, he is a better than lyricist than all of the newbie rappers, IMO.
