P.S. I wish all these female celebrities wouldn't blemish their skin with all these unnecessary tattoos...including Britney. It makes me sad to see girls go overboard with tattoos and ruin their bodies in such a way.

It really does seem like some get addicted to it. Once they get one, they have to get another later on down the road. it's so sad. My mom growing up use to preach to high heavens, "Don't you ever do that to your body, you hear me Kristen?" "YES MA'AM, I WON'T!"

I actually like Rihanna's tattoos, they look cool and on the same time, delicate, girly. She also choses places that are not very visible, and her tattoos are usually small.
But this one, I just hate it. I think neck tattoos are very ugly, for both genders.

Yeah umm been here since March so I'm not that new. I know what goes on around here. People shade somebody's fave and they throw the shade right back. So if you didn't want Ashlee to be shaded you probably shouldn't publicly stan for her while trying to come for other artists.
Too many people are unnecessarily judgmental and simple minded.
It's one thing to not like tattoos, but who are you to declare that a person's image or appearance is ruined dbecause of them? Also, who are YOU to say "so-and-so will regret them later" Are you them? Can you see the future?
Anyway, i'm not the biggest fan of neck tattoo's on females but Rihanna's is very simple and discrete, like the rest of her tattoo's, so good for her.
