People who play in the band are geeks and nerds. Everyone should poke fun at them.
I despise this one so much. People always make fun of people in the band, yet the always say how much they love watching certain celebrities play instruments. Are you serious? Just because they're famous, it's cool, but if anyone else tries to do it, they are nerds? Well, there was a time when those celebrities were normal people, too. Fact is, is that most celebrities have some sort of history in their high school band! Luckily this stereotype is not popular in my school.

People who are smart can't get girlfriends/boyfriends. They are also weak and nerdy.
Couldn't be farther from the truth! I'm legally certified as a "gifted" student. (An above average IQ, but not in the "Genius" category.) I've had a few girlfriends. (I don't want many now, because I'm still a kid. I want to hold onto that as long as I can.) Also, I wouldn't say I'm really strong, but when I really want to be, I can easily shock people with my strength. Usually, though, they only thing that makes me want to show my strength is when people piss me off. Also, I'm not a stereotypical "nerd." I don't snort when I laugh, I don't have broken glasses, (I don't even wear glasses or even contacts), I don't carry a calculator and pens with me everywhere, I don't wear plaid shirts, I don't even own a pair of overalls!

Gay men are girly and feminine. Gay females are butch and manly.
WHAT?! This one really pisses me off. My cousin just so happens to be bi, and she is not butch or manly. She's not extremely girly, but she's just your average teenage girl. I've met a few gay guys, too, who I wouldn't have even expected to be that way. They even play sports and weight lift!

People from the midwest who don't live in the major cities are all rednecks and hillbillies.
Hell no! We're as up to date as any city you can think of. So we do enjoy more peacefulness and we enjoy a little more country type things like rodeos, country music, and things like this, but that doesn't make us rednecks and hillbillies.

Guys who like pop music are gay. Especially when they listen to female pop singers.
This one just pisses me off so much! How can anyone even think that?! There is no correlation with music and sexuality! This is more of a stereotype in the U.S. because they fail to realize how big pop music is around the world, especially dance pop, which tons of straight guys around the world enjoy.

People who use the computer a lot have no lives.
I'm proof that that's completely untrue. I have tons of friends, I talk to my family a lot. Those of you who are on my Facebook have probably seen me talking to my friends and family online about things that happened offline in the real world!

Those are the major ones that tick me off.

And chicken... I remember when they had that Popeyes/Oprah chicken special and the chicken ran out; all the news (i.e CNN) showed were Blacks complaining about the chicken being gone. That pissed me off so bad. I cringed.

Yep, you're right. It was KFC! I did print out some coupons but never used them. lol The funny thing about it is, I know a lot of white people who were the first ones in line. That's why it pissed me off when I saw all those blacks on CNN, Fox News, etc. Just ugh. It was just like how they showed all the black people during Katrina stealing stuff.

Those two piss me off.
1. I'm a bit feminine with my body shape and my hair, but I'm just as quick to get rough with anyone just like most of the big straight guys out there.

2. I hate getting called a redneck or a hillbilly just because I live in a small town. I will say I do like some country music, but I hate the rodeo and trucks (Not sure if that is a redneck/hillbilly thing).
