What is up with them inviting an artist to the countdown and then removing their video from the voting list??? First Sheryl Crow, now Ryan Star... (And I'm sure there have been many others)

You know i thought the voting list removal of Misery & others was a gitch or mistake and was not meant to happen but guess it wasnt'.- Not good Vh1 and yet they are in the playlist but not the voting list

Well Mumford and Sons is Gung-ho and they debut this week.
25 videos in the list is weird for a Top 20 with 3 ccs
Fantasia,Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros , and Band Of Horses hopefully they will debut due to this.

I first heard the The Black Keys on VH1. The first time I hated the song, ever since, I really like it! I was surprised because I don't listen to much rock music.

The Maroon 5/Sheryl Crow screwjobbing has made the 2009 VH1 Top 40 snubbings of Lucky and Stay look like minor league *********. Looks like the VH1 Playlist/Voting List duties have been turned over to the Marxists.

As I've said before nearly all of Maroon 5's video have been removed from their website. As for Sheryl, I haven't the slightest idea why she was removed.

So, unless there's a change in the voting rules, we won't see Lady Gaga, Eminem and some other artists in the countdown again.

Yup and if this, http://www.hitsdailydouble.com/news/newsPage.cgi , is correct and I'm reading it correct Sony is to follow suit this fall.

Maybe the same will happen for VH1

Oh I hadn't even thought of that!! Most likely they will just get rid of having to have the videos available for online viewing as a prerequisite for being on the voting list and pretty much add all of the videos currently on their playlist for voting... Either that or they may not even have enough videos on the voting list to fill the countdown!!!
