Justin Bieber deserves Best New Artist if you ask me. I'm not a hater of the kid, but he's the only artist in that category who truly deserves it due to the impact he's made on today's pop culture.
The only other deserving one is Nicki Minaj, but she's only had one hit ("Your Love").

I think it could have been nominated for choreography or collaboration if the nominees weren't so repetitive and if they actually gave more room to fit in some people (if there was ever a R&B category as well). The video was definitely controversy enough to be nominated for something.
