well he said 'when he gets out' which is Nov-Dec but I'm thinking more Jan-Feb but I do think the best timing is Dec. It's holiday weekend and it's his highly anticipated follow up to Carter III (bc we can't consider Rebirth as a follow up it's more of an experimental album)
