The poster is basically speculating that Christina may not be promoting because she is protesting against RCA, because she is annoyed at them for ruining the album by making her record some 'hit' songs at the last minute and ruining the vision of the album.
To be honest, I would find the latter a more acceptable explanation. As a fan, I would rather believe that Christina is not promoting 'Bionic' because she is trying to teach her stupid label a lesson rather than not promoting out of sheer laziness.
I guess we will never know the absolute truth but I think its an interesting perspective.
