Gaga is the sun that the pop world is orbiting around at the moment, people are recognising and some are ******** themselves.

To be honest what GaGa is doing really isn't new or interesting at the moment, just as bjork said. She was interesting when she first came out, but everyone knows who she is and is used to her style now so we're only waiting for her to surprise us with something new.

Bjorks style is completely different, stfu.

I honestly think most Gaga stans and her staunchest fans are just too sensitive by now when looking at what people say about her. They just seem to find shade everywhere!! I don't blame them, though, as there are tons of people who do actually throw shade at her.

Still, in this case Bjork () was NOT throwing shade: She was just giving her honest opinion, and there's far more praise in this statement than criticism (she even compared Gaga to herself when she released Post!). Most people don't just blindly praise; they praise what they like and criticize what they don't. And there's ALWAYS stuff that they like and dislike, so just because they point out what they may dislike it doesn't mean they're throwing shade (especially if they're mainly praising this person...).

And non-GaGa fans always use these type of opinions as an excuse to express how much pressed they are, always saying they're right, or agreeing, especially when it's a person who has been in the business for long and has accomplished a lot of things. The majority, at least.

A person needs to look at Bjork's history to understand that comment; her style is so dependent on evolving and changing, essentially she forces herself into a new space with every album.

Gaga is an immense talent (as a stan I clearly believe that), but from a literal, musical standpoint she is simply just creating very good pop music; its just a new spin, but its not new, in a technical way of speaking. One day she will do this, break ground with her music alone, but right now she is the whole package, and that's why we love her. Let's not get dramatic; to say that Lady Gaga has invented a new direction of pop would be a slap in the face to all of the artists that came before her; that said, however, she does it better than anyone else has ever done it (IMHO).
