Saying the crowd made her brave not to listen to those who want her to cancel the concert, GaGa asked the audience to let go of their insecurities including "the law". Many artists like Shakira and Rage Against the Machine have expressed their opposition against the immigration law which many thought is discriminative.

"I got a call from some big rappers and big rockers. They said, 'We'd like you to boycott Arizona because of SB 1070'," GaGa told the crowd. "I told them, 'Do you really think that us ...pop stars are going to shut down the state?' " She had "Stop SB 1070" scrawled on her forearm.

She recalled an encounter with a boy whose brother is taken to Mexico in a house raid. "It's really (unfair), and it's really disgusting. I think it's important that people understand that it's a state of emergency for this place and this state," she said before dedicating her song "You and I" for the boy.

GaGa spread the message, "We have to be active. We have to actively protest. I will not cancel my show. I will hold you, and we will hold each other, and we will protest this state."

*Nothing serious is happening but the police suspect many there are illegal and make them show proof of citizenship.

First off i think AMERICAN CITIZENS kill a lot more ppl than illegals do. If illegals are coming to take your job then im sorry, because the only jobs i see them taking around here are the jobs that most americans dont want. I do not TOTALLY disagree w/the law because if you are here ILLEGALLY then you are automatically doing something wrong but there needs to be a diff way of enforcing it instead of just randomly asking ppl if they have papers.

And i'm not saying nothing needs to be done about illegal immigration. What i'm saying is that it's not acceptable for AMERICAN citizens to have to carrry identification AT ALL TIMES, or be subject to arrest and interrogattion regarding their citizenship.

The way i see it.. We all have been in trouble with the law.. we all do "something" illegal and you all know it.. How many of us have gotten motor vehicle citations? used illegal drugs or engaged in any generally illegal activity.. WE ALL HAVE. Even using profound language in public.. etc etc..thats illegal. All those little "illegal" activities are just silly misstepS.. That's the same way i see IMMIGRATION.. Border crossers are breaking a law but most (not all of course) have honest intentions to work (and yes they work hard) to better themselves and their families. Ignorant ass pundits from the right and just generally ignorant racist closed minded individuals only feel all kinds of PRESSED(s). . . {{ depressed/oppressed/repressed PRESSED. }} because they dislike the the dark ones coming in "invading" His..land, on other words.. HISpanic (his panic)..

If these dark Mexicans with ethnic features where, say.. more European and less indigenous then perhaps we'd all welcome them with wide arms open... perhaps.. but that's just me being a delusion bot.. its a racial thing and most Arizona's that are pro this law are to blind in their own delusion based existence.
