It's mostly PHP, and vBulletin uses some of its own custom code that's this weird hybrid of PHP and traditional HTML conventions. There's no C++ to be found; it's all web stuff.

Back when I was in school and had insane amounts of free time, it was fun to make all this ATRL stuff. But right now it's kinda just giving me a headache and I have other **** to do. Not very fun.

EDIT: It's back, praise Jesus. Now I can get outta here!
