Lohan's former attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, has reunited with her to be her acting attorney this morning in court before her jail sentence begins. Lohan's most recently hired attorney, Robert Shapiro, announced he quit on Lohan only a few hours before she was set to attend court this morning.

Lohan is set to surrender by 8:30 AM, PDT. (11:30 AM, EST) Though she's sentenced for 90 days, she is expected to only have to be in jail for around 25% of those days (approximately 23 days, guaranteed).

Only 38 more minutes until she becomes a jailhouse girl!

She wont even serve half of that sentence...

Good riddance. At least I won't hear anything about her for 90 days.

She really needs this jail time. I hope somehow she has to spend longer than 23 days. I miss the Mean Girls star that we once had, I want her to go to jail and figure out how much of a loser she is and have a huge comeback.
