And about those facts, what is so hard about respecting an opinion. You think soccer was better back in the middle age and I think it's better now. (In a obvious desperate seeking way) Anyways, Uruguary became champion in 1930 and 1950, I don't know about you but I'm not 60 to know how good soccer was back then.

What bothered me the most among all your silly posts was you trying to discredit Uruguay, a 2 times World Cup champion - You said Uruguay is not to be taken seriously because they won too long ago. That was the subject here, and you, knowing you have no solid base, tried to change it to "it's my opinion soccer sucked back then".
Oh, and about that... I don't remember any match before 1993, but I'm a football fan and I read and watch re-runs, specials, movies and stuff like that. Considering your "I'm not 60" line, you clearly haven't done the same thing... So you can't be this sure soccer back then was worse than nowadays.
