Why is he still getting single releases when he can't move album units?
The same reason Rihanna got a dozen singles for Good Girl Gone Bad. As long as your singles are selling well, the label doesn't care. They're still making money. Just not as much.

To be honest, none of the songs left on the album are single worthy. Queen Of Hearts is the best of the remaining songs but that was an itunes bonus track so they cant use that.

But how can they make that much money with singles? Especially in this case where they spend money on some video to go along with it. I never understand that.
