Justin Bieber took a brief break from
ruining ruling the teen pop music world yesterday to address some persistent rumors about himself - and his mother - on Twitter.
“Let’s take some time to answer some crazy rumors....these are always fun,” the 16-year-old tweeted Tuesday. For starters, “I'm not dead. I had to check on this one...but it turns out I'm alive,” the Biebs informed his millions of followers.
Secondly, “my mom is a moral woman,” he said, most likely referring to that pesky story about Playboy approaching his mother to pose in the magazine in exchange for $50,000. “Let's just leave that one for what it is...because that rumor just grossed and wierded [sic] me out...”
“3,” he continued, “I have not joined the Illuminati or any other cult. I'm a christian and I pray before every show and am thankful for every blessing… 4- I'm not Peter Pan...I'm growing up and my voice will change.”
For those who were curious, no Asher Roth is not Bieber’s actual older brother (although they do share a “bromance”); Bieber is home-schooled, and won’t be going to “a high school next year in every city I’ve visited"; and lastly, “No CHUCK NORRIS is not my real father."
Whew! Quite the list. Now, Justin Bieber, tell us...what's up with you and Kim Kardashian again?
