Bey was #19 in 2003 and has been moving UP since then.
Before 2008 the list seemed to be kind of off because in 2007 Jessica Simpson was the only popstar under 30 on the list. And before that her and J.lo were the only ones who made it, when clearly our faves had more endorsements and were outselling them album wise and out grossing them tour and movie wise.
