The times they are a changin'. It's 2010, it's only natural that a teenage popstar in this decade will be able to get away with being more provocative, just as a teenage popstar in 1999 would have gotten away with more than someone from 1989.

A decent voice doesn't determine a good performer. What makes a good performer is that special spark which Miley does have but Britney has way more of it.
OK, the outfit in "Party In The U.S.A." performance was really trashy (I don't know what was she thinking), but the one in "Can't Be Tamed" was provocative, but not trashy. And she's 17 years old and there are girls that dress way ****tier than she does while being even younger (even celebs), so everyone needs to shut up.
