The source was an ilegal account of emi that some one hacked at the univision forums and they brought a cap of a letter that emi had sent belinda but some parts are censored and it said that mtv censored the part where (line blocks the words) then that she is not allowed to talk to her fans because (block here that doesnt let you read)
