It doesn't work that way. These 36%
Sales In mean that only 36% of the total week sales are counted. Sales will probably be stronger on the uncounted days so there will be a sudden jump.
For Ex. -
Day - Sales
Friday 15,000
Saturday 10,000
Sunday 30,000
Monday 40,000
Tuesday 15,000
Wednesday 5,000
Thursday 5,000
The 36% "counted" are the Friday and Saturday sales.
