Ok? An EP can't be an album? She's referred to it as her 2nd album on numerous occasions, most recently that Live interview show she did. That was whole point of it being released alone as the 2nd album and not just a re-release of The Fame, since it was too expensive and preached about how it deserved to be alone because it was a completely different body of work. And she has referred to her next album as the "3rd" album....so GaGa >> what her fans want to believe.
