The European publication boasts that this is the pretty 13-year-old's first time as a cover girl, though it's likely that Leon didn't actually strike a pose for the magazine, the Daily Mail reports.
Curious cover. I don't know in the US or England, but in some countries it's illegal to put the face of a child on a magazine without the permission of the parents. And I'm sure Madonna or Mr. Leon haven't allow the cover.
