I was expecting at least 200k, but after seeing the predictions, I don't even see this going gold. I'm usually very positive but this is a horrible start. I guess, every artist has to have a flop no matter how talented you are

its hysterical how the tread's titled "...bombs. first week sales"... when the album's only been out for 2 days! how about actually giving it the full first week before talking about it completely 'bombing' or not. i never realized how it only takes 2 days to complete a week, must be a new thing haha

Back on those days when NMT was still getting good airplay updates and hasn't been released to iTunes, I predicted 250-270k first week sales. But seeing that no one except for the fans and casual fans liked NMT, it was kinda obvious that it would flop, especially with the delay of the second single
And it is annoying as hell the fact that label released nothing else to keep people interested on the album as well as the fact that she's been promoting it all wrong. and that's why i'm a little happy with the flop.
I'm a little happy about it cause it shows RCA that they ****ed it up by not releasing anything else as soon as NMT died and it shows Xtina that people really didn't like NMT no matter how much you sing it.

I think it still manages to do 170k at debut. She gets tons promos this week.
But the things that i don't understand is why all her previous promos don't work.

Because people didn't like what she promoted.

Please, ATRL doesn't reflect the world at all. Just because 10 obsessed Britney and Gaga stans hate on Xtina daily, doesn't mean everybody is against her. In matter of fact, in the real world, nobody actually care what Xtina said about Gaga or what she did to Britney.
