Gaga herself said that BBB was supposed to be the 5th single, her record company wanted this, but she told them no, that she was ready to move on from The Fame and concentrate on TFM.

That's kind of how I feel about the rest of the tracks on the album. BEP picked all of my favorite songs to release as singles, so I'm not sure what the best next non rerelease single would be.
