The lawsuit may be going nowhere - although I think if he missed his work and couldn't leave his house without agreeing and being paid to it, he may have a case - but stupid is what you said to justify why he shouldn't sue Beyoncé. I mean, money doesn't - or at least shouldn't - put anyone above the law, don't you agree? :-/

Had it been Britney or Christina, he'd probably still sue. I have a feeling this is more of a case concerning stature, rather than a common property tort or negligence. Maybe he's one of those cranky old guys you see on TV. :-/
