What's there to contact about? We already know why the updates aren't coming. They moved their servers from Los Angeles to Texas on Wednesday afternoon, which made getting data from stations difficult for the full 24 hours they were offline. They've already said they would be back just in time for their weekend update. Whether that means today or tomorrow is anyone's guess but theirs. I'd say it's more likely we'll get one for tomorrow.
