And she's speaking the truth - That's one of the many reason why celebrities go "mad". Under all of the glamor and the fame, people often forget that these celebrities are just "normal" people; with the same needs as you. They need their privacy, they need their social activities, they need family and friends. Under all of their fame life, they actually have "no" life. When they are alone; it's hard for them. They don't know who are their true friends and they feel lonely, desperately seeking for these simple things that a "normal" person has.

Clearly she is not happy with her looks hence her having so much surgery and she wants to have more.
Celebrities can have private lives if they so desire. If she wanted a normal life she could return to her family and leave California. If a celebrity wants a paparazzi free life, then living in Los Angeles isn't the best way to go about it. Don't make excuses, you're far too politically correct sometimes. Assessing Heidi's behaviour one can come to the conclusion that she is not normal, the woman has some severe issues, not something to be made fun of, but serious psychological issues that need to be addressed. Clearly her addiction to plastic surgery has been fueled from her insecurities, but surgery alone will not make them go away, not when the problem is all in her head. Heidi adores all the attention that she is getting, don't be so naive. She has ostracised her friends and family through her own choices and actions. I don't feel any pity for her because the whole mess that her life has become is a result of her own narcissism, her desire to become famous at all costs has corroded her judgment.
