Well, I really don't know why she is doing this. But thankfully she is giving him a record deal...he really deserves it.

Who says Ellen doesn't know anything about music? She was the first to have Charice on her show before Oprah even did. She always brings on musicians that she really loves and believes in...I enjoy Ellen's taste of music and I actually believe that she does know a thing or two!

And I disagree with what a few people said... Ellen has an ear for music. She might not know everything that goes into the business, but she knows good music when she hears it. I think this could be a good thing. I'm not expecting one-of-a-kind artists coming from her record label, but we'll see.
