Yep. In all reality someone with lupus shouldn't really be touring at all (well not if you're in the middle of a flare up anyway). BUT if you take care of yourself (as MJ did - always ate well and didn't drink regularly or smoke) then it's only bad during flare ups. His seemed to go away for long periods of time and then get worse during some of the more stressful years of his life. It's all treatable in this day and age though, you can't 'cure' it but you can make it easier to live with. The (real) autopsy showed all his organs were healthy and his liver was good, so he was in remission at the end. IF GaGa does have it and she looks after herself I'm sure she'll be fine. I don't know
loads about it but I know it can be genetic and is sometimes triggered by extreme stress, Michael I think was diagnosed in the mid 80's so I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of the Pepsi commerical accident.
