Maybe it's me stereotyping that she comes from country music and her wealthy background. But it's also her silence on most issues in the most important election in a very, very long time.
Britney and Taylor probably plus a lot of country singers.
Both are/come from white trash and it's pretty telling that Taylor who spent her whole last era babbling about feminism and women supporting each other didn't say anything about supporting a Female presidential nominee.

She did say at the start of her career she won't ever be political. Also I truly believe most of the silent celebrities probably just disliked both candidates anyway, rather than being STS's (although some obviously were)
Also Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson. Clarkson supported Bernie but when Bernie lost to Hillary, I think she might have switched her vote to Trump. Clarkson supported Republican in the last 2 elections

I really don't think Taylor voted Trump. She wasn't going to come out and publicly support Hillary as to not upset her country following, the majority of which, being republicans, as are the parents who buys her concert tickets for her pre-teen fan-base. I don't care either way but I'm pretty sure she voted for Clinton.
I wouldn't be surprised if Beyoncé and jay did. Of course they had to publicly support Hillary, but they seem very money oriented and trumps policies would benefit them a lot. I bet they supported him behind closed doors.

Taylor maybe but idk if she was quiet because she didn't want to get into politics, considering that half of her fanbase are republicans that support her since she was a country singer. So, for her to support Hillary would hurt her career a lot.
Gaga and Katy for example weren't hurt at all since almost all of their fans/supporters hates Trump as much as they hate him. But with Taylor is another case.
Or maybe she was a bitch and voted for him anyway. I don't like that idea because i really like her so i'll go with the other option.
