Yep, Janet hasn't been connected to new artists that have cited her as an influence. Her song wasn't connected to the election after the second debate. Poor that.
How is me respecting Janet and Taylor's position = Janet is as relevant as Taylor?
No, you said Janet 'can't sell to save her life nowadays' which then lead me to bring up her album sales.
Did you seriously just link me to 2016 year end charts?

Nnn if you really think she got pregnant as an excuse for the tour she could easily just fake an illness sis. That's an effort to have a kid over such a reason!

You are ridiculous.

Janet has absolutely no connection to the election, and her indirect headline as a result of Trump calling Clinton nasty means absolutely nothing. You literally are delusional, since you told me that Janet "was very relevant throughout this election." She wasn't. Pull all the definitions you want. That doesn't change the fact that Janet Jackson is irrelevant.
I don't believe I ever said you assumed Janet was as relevant as Taylor. I said it was absolutely absurd to even group them together to take a shot at Madonna.
She can't, and I stand by that. You told me she had one of the best selling albums last year. Last year was 2016, so why wouldn't I link you to 2016 year-end charts?
Billboard's year-end chart indicates that the album wasn't as successful as you're suggesting. That thread you linked shows her album above Madonna's, but Billboard lists Madonna's album above Janet's. What is the truth?
The point here is that the tour wasn't selling well after the first few shows. It's not really surprising considering Janet can't consistently tour arenas now. Wasn't she touring auditoriums five years ago? A pregnancy is easier to fake than a serious illness. The flu, for example, is not enough to cancel the entire tour.

Why would an entertainer spontaneously decide to start a family in the middle of a tour - her "comeback" tour nonetheless?
