Four days and I ended up in the hospital. I had food poisoning and couldn't keep anything down, even water. It was gruesome, like projectile vomiting and diarrhea at the same time; I just refused to even try eating/drinking, it was miserable.
10 days on a detox, but IDK if that counts because it's essentially a liquid diet.
