If you read the whole article, you'll find out only men from South-east Asia are victimized by it (can happen to some ppl in other parts of the world but it rarely happens) and no one has discovered yet the root cause of this. I remember one of my neighbors died while he was sleeping and they said it was bc his tummy was very full while he was sleeping. They found out that his pancreas exploded. But this is only one case. Other ppl died while sleeping for no clear reason. Those ppl were healthy with no heart problems at all. This sudden death while sleeping is truly a mystery.
Recently, I've been having nightmares and every week I always experience sleep paralysis. I'm so anxious bc of this.
