Not necessarily. When you submit a song to the iTunes Store, you can set the release date to whatever you want. Example, if Aaliyah's music was finally added to iTunes, it wouldn't say 2017.

This has been on iTunes for a long time and people have known about this for a long time. It's only not taken down because it doesn't say it's actually Kesha and I believe that's all Apple searches for. These are just a bunch of demos.
